These terms govern your use of the Arx website, Discord community, and FiveM server. By accessing any of our services you agree to these terms and our server rules.

Use of Service

You are responsible for how you use Ascend and the content you share.

• Follow all server and Discord rules at all times.
• Do not use cheats, exploits, or tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer our services.

Purchases

Store purchases are processed by SellAuth. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may be modified or removed to keep the server balanced.

Liability

Ascend is provided “as is”. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re. Service availability, features, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

General Policy

All purchases made through the Arx store are generally final. Because items are delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances.

Eligible Cases

A refund review may be granted in cases such as:

• Duplicate charges for the same order.
• Items that were paid for but never delivered.
• Technical errors on our end that prevented delivery.

How to Request

Open a support ticket in our Discord with your transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Requests are reviewed case by case.

Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the community.

• Basic analytics such as page views and device type.
• Information you provide when purchasing from our store.
• Discord account data when you join our community.

Third-Party Services

Payments and store checkout are processed by SellAuth under its own privacy policy. Discord handles community chat and account data under its own terms.
